Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To make to respond in the right and the reverse directions by providing a fixed perforated plate between movable perforated plates at both ends, forming a clearance between the movable plate and one side fixed plate, while contacting and sliding the movable plate to the other side fixed plate, and forming the same form of holes to the both fixed perforated plates. CONSTITUTION:A movable perforated plate 3 forms a clearance L between a fixed perforated plate 2 at the upper stream side by the enforcing power of a fluid 4, and contacts and slides with a fixed perforated plate 2 at the downstream side. When penetration holes 10 of the fixed perforated plates 2 and penetration holes 11 of the movable perforated plate 3 are coincided perfectly, the holes are fully opened, and when the movable perforated plate 3 is moved to slip the both holes 10 and 11 perfectly, the holes are perfectly closed. The flow regulation is carried out between the fully opened condition and the perfectly closed condition. Foreign materials in the fluid pass through a flow passage 15, stay at the bottom of a valve box 1, and exhausted to the outside from a plug body 14. When a reverse flow is generated, the movable perforated plate 3 is contacted to the opposite side, and generats a clearance L at the opposite side. Since the penetration holes 10 of the both perforated plates 2 are in the same form in this case, the valve can respond to the flow of the fluid 4a in the reverse direction. And since the penetration holes 10 are expanded in the diameter as going to the upper stream side, the pressure loss is little.
