System for storing tree-structure data in file

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To realize the management of tree-structure data without using any data base system by providing a means which converts the tree-structure data into the record of a file in which the data are to be stored and another means which forms the tree-structure data by analyzing and disassembling the tree structure of the record. CONSTITUTION:When a kind-of-request discriminating means 1 discriminates that a request is a request for writing tree-structure data, a tree-structure data converting means 2 converts the requested tree-structure data into the record of a file 6 in which the data are to be stored and a record outputting means 3 stores the recorded converted by the means 2. When the request is a readout request, a record inputting means 4 reads out the record stored in the file 6 by the means 3 and a record structure analyzing means 5 forms the tree structure data by analyzing and disassembling the tree structure of the record read out by the means 4. Therefore, the management of tree-structure data can be realized by using a data managing system which is typically used by computer systems.
