Document updating system

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To curtail the manhours by generating updating information without depending or manual work at the time of updating a document in a remote place, and transferring it to a generation origin. CONSTITUTION:A transfer origin 1 is provided with a transfer means 3 for transferring a document file 11 to which a flag 12 for designating (14) generation of updating information is added, and a document file updating means 15 for generating an updated document file 11 from the transferred document file 11 and returned updating information 13 and deleting the flag 12. Also, a trans fer destination 2 is provided with an updating information generating means 25 for generating updating information (23) from a transferred document file 21 and an updated (24) document file 21, and a means 3 for returning the updat ing information to the transfer origin 1 of the document file 21, and also, delet ing (26) and returning a flag 22 of the transferred document file 21. In such a way, the manhours are curtailed, and an error at the time of updating can be suppressed to the minimum.
