Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To quickly analyze the cause at the time of the end of abnormality of a job by displaying the cause of abnormality, and an abnormal place in a program by referring to a code file and a link map file. CONSTITUTION:The system is provided with a code file 3 for storing information for explaining the contents of a return code from an OS (operating system) 7 at the time of the end of abnormality in a job and an instruction code from a program, and a link map file 4 for storing information for showing program information. In such a state, when the program is finished abnormally, the cause of abnormality and an abnormal place in the program are displayed (1) by referring to the code file 3 and the link map file 4. In such a way, the cause is known quickly and exactly, and labor for the cause investigating work can be saved.
