Copying machine controller and control system

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To decrease the number of times of redialing and unnecessary occupation of a line at the time of fixed-time origination by changing a time zone wherein it is difficult to connect the copying machine controller to a centralized controller if the fixed-time origination time of the copying machine controller is set in said time zone. CONSTITUTION:At the fixed-time origination time, a communication terminal device 72 on the side of the centralized controller commands a communication terminal device 52 on the side of the copying machine controller to call. If the copying machine controller is not connected to the centralized controller regardless of the command, retransmission time is set and at the time, the device 72 commands calling again. Further, when the copying machine controller is connected to the centralized controller, the number of times of redialing is sent to the centralized controller together with specific data for fixed-time origination. The centralized controller calculates next fixed-time origination time data according to the data on the number of times of re-origination. For example, it is recognized that retransmission is performed frequently on the side of the copying machine controller, next fixed-time original time is set in a time zone different from the current fixed-time origination time. Then the set next-time fixed-time original time data is sent to the copying machine controller.
