Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the subject coffee having balance of natural taste of unpolished rice added to coffee and excellent flavor with depth by adding an unpolished rice extract in a specific proportion to instant coffee. CONSTITUTION:The objective coffee is obtained by adding 0.2-5% unpolished rice extract to 100g instant coffee.
