Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To effectively tightly set an upper line segment, to prevent unnecessary bent of a U-shaped wiring and to perform a suitable compaction by considering possibility of tightly setting an upper line segment adjacent through a contact to adjacent line segment in the case of tightly setting an upper line segment. CONSTITUTION:Aligning positions of both ends of a line segment are obtained. Here, the alignment positions of both ends of the line segment are available for tightly set position at a lower segment as it is if connected to blocks, pads, or available for contacts disposed above the tightly set lower position if connected to the contact. Then, the upper line segment is tightly set to delete the bent in the same segment based on the positions of both ends of the segment. Both ends of the upper segment are tightly set, but if not connected to the blocks, pads, the alignment positions of the adjacent line segments are obtained through the adjacent segment or contact in the same path. If the adjacent upper segments are already tightly set, the positions are used as the alignment position, while if they are not yet tightly set, the highest position of the data of tightly setting the lower segment of the adjacent segment is used as the alignment position.
