Vegetation base material holding reticulated body
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent base material from being carried away with rainfall and the like by forming a housing part between both nets of reticulated bodies in double construction formed of mutually piled up front and back nets respectively consisting of chain stitched and warps and wefts in form of flat yarns. CONSTITUTION:In a front net 11, one piece of flat yarn 15 consisting of polypropylene yarn of 2 - 5mm in width, 30-200mum in thickness and 500 - 3,000 denier as an index of that yarn and one piece of monofilament 16 consisting of PE yarn are made as a weft, and many sets of them are woven with a weft yarn 13 at suitable intervals. Next, warps 13, 14 of the net 11 and a back net 12 are mutually woven by leaving a housing part 18, so as to form a reticulated main body 10. Next, the main body 10 is stretched to a slope 23, and vegetation base material 24 is sprayed thereon. It is possible thereby the prevent the base material 24 from being carried away because the weft are never extended to the limit on account of the weight of the base material 24.
