Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain an economical and convenient waste heat recovery device for a fuel cell generating plant by performing the batch recovery of waste heat through a waste heat batch recovery heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:Waste heat from a fuel gas condensed water loop heat exchanger 9 and an exhaust air condensed water loop heat exchanger 10 at a low temperature level is applied to waste heat diffusion system cooling water, and separated. Then, the cooling water is supplied to a fuel cell body cooling water heat exchanger 11 at a higher temperature level, and all heat is recovered at the downstream side of the aforesaid exchanger 11, via a waste heat batch recovery heat exchanger 20. As a result, it is required only to set a fluid side bypass flow control valve at the high temperature side for keeping outlet temperature at the predetermined value. According to the aforesaid construction, the capacity of a waste heat diffusion cooling water feed pump 13 can be made small and the system can be simplified.
