Method of forming strippable coating film
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To form a coating film which can be easily peeled with water or an alkali liquid by forming a water-base coating film on a substrate and then applying a water-base strippable coating material having vinyl copolymers as a resin component and containing a specified wt.% of (meth)acrylonitrile as a monomer component. CONSTITUTION:A water-base coating film is formed on a substrate, and then a water-base strippable coating material having vinyl copolymers as a resin component and containing 10-60wt.% (meth)acrylonitrile as a monomer component is applied thereon. The water-base coating film is formed by applying a soln. comprising a basic group-contg. compd., acid group-contg. compd., polyol compd., polyether compd., casein, vegetable protein, glue, etc., dispersed or dissolved in water or org. solvent, and then drying. The water-base strippable coating material is, for example, a vinyl copolymers obtd. by copolymn. reaction of 10-60wt.% (meth)acrylonitrile, about <20wt.% acid monomer, about 10-50wt.% hard monomer, and about 90-50wt.% of soft monomer.
