Remote control apparatus of air purifier

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To ensure the operation distance of a remote control transmitter by arranging a filter to the front of a photodetector detecting the signal from the remote control transmitter and making the filter freely detachable so as to change the quantity of transmitted light. CONSTITUTION:The main body 2 of an air purifier is remotely operated by a remote control transmitter 3 and a photodetector 7 detecting the signal from the transmitter 3 is provided to the main body 2. A filter 11 is arranged to the front of the photodetector 7 and made freely detachable so as to change the quantity of transmitted light. As a result, the operation distance of the remote control transmitter is ensured within the range exerting no adverse effect on a remote control apparatus by usual illumination and, when light noise enters the photodetector by inverter illumination or an arranging condition, the correspondence thereto can be easily taken.
