Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To provide serviceability for a long period of time and prolong the height by furnishing a converting means to convert the force of the user pulling up into the force to pull the two legs, a slackening preventive means to prevent the force to pull the legs from slackening, and a disengaging means to disengage this slackening preventive means. CONSTITUTION:The size of a frame 12 is adjusted by an adjusting bar 14 according to the height of a user 10, and belts 19, 20 are fastened for fixing the two legs to a leg fixing tool 18. The user 10 lies on a supporting plate 15 facing up, and his two arms are protruded from inside of an upper body fixing belt 16 to its outside. The length of a ladder chain 25 is adjusted to provide optimum tensile strength. To weaken this strength, a disengagement belt 30 is pulled, while the ladder chain 25 is pulled to intensify the tensile strength. Pulling the ladder chain 25 with a grip 28 rotates counterclockwise a gear 35 in a tensile strength adjusting box 26, and thus the length of ladder chain 25 can be adjusted. After finishing adjustment of the tensile strength, the legs of the user 10 is pulled toward the tensile strength adjusting box 26 with the set level of force desired.
