Liquid crystal display device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent the display quality from being deteriorated due to hating of a heating member by attaching the heating member of the liquid crystal display device to a housing through a heat transfer member. CONSTITUTION:A backlight 7a for irradiating the lower side of a liquid crystal display element 1 and a heating member 11 of a liquid crystal driving circuit element 9 are attached to a housing 8 through a heat transfer member 12. That is, heating of the heating member 11 is diffused to the outside through the heat transfer member 12, therefore, a temperature rise of the liquid crystal display element 1 is suppressed. Accordingly, a threshold of an applied voltage for generating an optical variation of a liquid crystal does not drop, and an erroneous display and a display failure of the liquid crystal display element 1 are decreased. In such a way, the display quality becomes satisfactory and the reliability if improved.
