Gradation automatic assigning display device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obviously display data corresponding to color display on a monochromatic display device without changing this data by converting monochromatic display data to gradations easy to see. CONSTITUTION:A used gradation number calculating means 5 calculates the classification (number) of the display attribute in a display data storage means 1 by counting, and a gradation reassigning means 6 converts (assignes) the display attribute read out from the display data storage means 1 to gradation data corresponding to the number of used gradations. Gradation data from the gradation reassigning means 6 is converted to a display signal of a monochromatic multigradation display means 3 by a display signal converting means 2 and is displayed. Thus, data corresponding to color display is obviously displayed on the monochromatic display means like a monochrome CRT display device or a liquid crystal display device.
