Ultrasonic diagnosing device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To provide a picture having excellent S/N by providing an averaging circuit to average and process data read from a frame memory or a weighing computing circuit to weigh data read from the frame memory. CONSTITUTION:Ultrasonic waves are driven in an organism through an ultrasonic probe 1 by means of a signal from a wave circuit 2, and an echo signal from the organism is received by the ultrasonic probe 1 again. Receiving phasing amplification is effected by an ultrasonic transmitting receiving circuit 2 and conversion of the echo signal into a digital signal is effected by an AD 3. The echo signal is written in a frame memory 4 and read at a cycle synchronized with a horizontal synchronous signal for television scanning to send it to an averaging circuit 5. An averaging ON and OFF flag produced by an averaging ON and OFF flag producing circuit 6 produces an averaging ON flag in each of X- and Y-coordinates in a way that nearmost ultrasonic data in a direction X produces true data. An averaging circuit 5 performs averaging processing in a horizontal direction of television scanning, an interpolating circuit 7 performs interpolation of a television scanning line, conversion into a digital signal is effected by a DAC 8, and the digital signal is displayed as an ultrasonic picture on a display device 9.
