Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To conduct a high precision rotation control by detecting the rotation positions of respective drive shafts of two scrolls which are rotated in the opposite direction mutually, and controlling independently respective scrolls by means of the same rotation position pattern and rotation speed pattern from these outputs. CONSTITUTION:At a scroll fluid machine which is provided within a shell with two scrolls 51, 52 assembled with eccentricity to each other, and which rotates respective scrolls 51, 52 in the opposite direction mutually by means of respective different motors 8, 12 through drive shafts 9, 15, respective drive shafts 9, 15 are fitted with rotation position detectors 53, 54. These output signals are inputted into a controller 55, and control signals are outputted from rotation position control circuits 64, 65 and rotation speed control circuits 68, 69 according to a rotation position pattern and a rotation speed patter which are from a rotation position pattern generation circuit and a rotation speed pattern generation circuit 60, 61. And respective control signals are impressed at respective motors 8, 12 through amplification circuits 72, 73, and the rotation of respective scrolls 51, 52 is controlled respectively and independently.
