Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To enhance control efficiency by measuring the load put on an earth- moving blade and the slip ratio of a crawler for inputting them into a fuzzy controller, and by controlling the blade by the control signal which has been obtained by making a correction to the previously input control signal. CONSTITUTION:The earth pressure on an earth-moving blade 5 is detected by a load detector, 8 the axial pressure on an earth-moving blade supporting arm 6 is detected by a load detector 9, and the displacement of a hydraulic cylinder 7 is detected by a stroke detector 10, and respective measured signals are sent to a fuzzy controller 14. In the controller 14, detected signals are read in to the control signal calculated by a microcomputer 17. When an overload is caused, and such a condition that the earth-moving blade does not operate in accordance with the control signal is detected, fuzzy algorithm is carried out for correcting the control signal, and then the corrected control signal is sent to a driving device for performing automatic control. Thus, smooth and efficient control can be carried out.
