Multilayer printed board

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To increase a shielding effect and decrease radiating noise by changing the surface layer of a multilayer printed board into a GND layer which has the shielding effect. CONSTITUTION:A signal pattern 2 and a power source layer 3 are laminated on a lower GND layer 1 and further, the other GND layer 1 is formed on the upper layer. Then, the surface layers (upper and lower layers) of a multilayer printed board are equipped with GND layers 1 having each shielding effect. The formation of these GND layers 1 on the surfaces of the multilayer printed board enables its board to increase the shielding effect to the signal pattern 2.
