Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To earth static electricity generated on an automobile simply and surely by arranging an elastic and conductive body on the tread of a tire, and connecting the body to a conductive body arranged on a wheel through a wire arranged within the tire body. CONSTITUTION:A conductive and elastic body 1 is arranged on the tread 4 of a tire. An electric wire 2 is arranged within the rubber forming the tire body. Further, a conductive body 3 is arranged on the end edge part 6 of the tire contacting with a wheel 5. The above-stated bodies 1,3 are electrically connected each other through the wire 2. Hereby, static electricity generated at running of an automobile is discharged to the ground through the wheel 5, the interior of the tire body, and the tread 4. Consequently, electrical shock to crew at getting in and out of the automobile can be previously prevented, and also generation of abnormal sound of the body 1 contacting with the ground can be dissolved.
