Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To compact a device in the caption and to improve rigidity by providing an outer ring of a taper roller bearing integrally with a casing which constituted an internal gear and by arranging output axis flanges for holding an inner pin on both sides with external gears between them so as to fasten an outer circumferential surface as an inner ring of the taper bearing. CONSTITUTION:An outer ring 25 of a taper roller bearing is integrally provided on a casing which constitutes an internal gear 24, and output axis flanges 22 and 26 for holding an inner pin 21 are arranged on both sides with external gear trains 5a to 5c between them. Outer circumferential surfaces of the output axis flanges 22 and 26 are made as an inner ring 22a of the taper roller bearing, and a taper roller 23 is arranged at the inner and the outer rings 22a and 25. The output axis flanges 22 and 26 on the both sides are fastened by screwing of a bolt 27 into the inner pin 21. Thus, structure is compacted and clearance adjustment of the taper roller bearing is facilitated. Structure of the output axis flanges 22 and 26 becomes center impeller type, which improves rigidity.
