Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To achieve certain dust proof by providing a fitted hole at a position communicating with a cutoff groove in a cover to insert therein the ends of a dust proof belt and a seal belt and insert therein an oscillatable push fixture, so that an oscillation supporting point has one side pushed against the seal belt by using a cap screw to push the dust proof belt against the upper face of the cutoff groove on the other side. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular fitted hole 25, into which the ends of a seal belt 11 and a dust proof belt 15 are inserted, provided in the upper end of a cover 3 so as to communicate with a cutoff groove 2, allowing the upper face 25a to agree with the upper end of the cutoff groove 2. A push fixture 27 is inserted in between the dust proof belt 15 and the end of the seal belt 11. The push fixture 27 is formed in an angle shape that a pair of side plates 29 are bent at a right angle to both edge portions of a plane plate 28 and the peak is located at the center. The fixture 27, delivered into the end of the fitted hole 25, has one end pushed against the belt 11 with the peak serving as a lever by in-screwing a cap screw 33 and the other end pushed against the upper end of the fitted hole 25 where the dust proof belt 15 agrees with the upper end of the cutoff groove 2. It is thus possible to achieve certain dust proof.
