Butane compound and salt thereof and pharmaceutical use thereof

Abstract

Abstract NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [R<1> is H, halogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy or -NHCO(CH2)mCOOR<4> (R<4> is H, lower alkyl or aralkyl; m is 0 or 1); R<2> is H, lower alkyl or aralkyl; R<3> is H, lower alkyl, phenyl, aralkyl, etc.; Het is pyridyl, quinolyl, etc.; a, b, c and d are H or a and b or c and d are bonded to form single bond; n is 0 or 1] and salt thereof. EXAMPLE:2-[(E,E)-4-(4-Ethoxalylaminophenyl)-1,3-bitadienyl]pyridine hydrochloride. PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula II (X is halogen) is subjected to Wittig reaction with a compound expressed by formula III to give a compound expressed by formula IV, which is then reduced to afford an aniline derivative. The aniline derivative is reacted with a compound expressed by formula V to provide the compound expressed by formula I.
