Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent a frame from being deformed caused by the reaction force of a gasket and to thin the frame by providing an annular frame body consisting of an elastic member which is fitted to the external circular side of the abutting surface of the first and the second frames by extending over the whole circumference thereof. CONSTITUTION:The second frame 12B is fixed to the first frame 12A without making a seal member intervene but by screwing a screw 21 to screw holes 19 and 20. Next, the supporting plate part 23B of the elastic frame body 23 is set to be a state that it is matched to the stage parts of four corners and a projection part for locking 23D is engaged and locked to an expanded diameter part 20A. Under such a state, a band part for sealing 23A is fitted under a state that it covers the whole circumference of the abutting surface of the frames 12A and 12B. Thus, the deformation of the frame caused by the reaction force of the gasket is eliminated and fine dust is prevented from entering. Besides, the frame is made thin.
