Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To promote work efficiency and safety by dividing handrails arranged on a tread board constructed in a state to hold both ends, and providing a scale to display variations in the intersecting angle of levers provided to the ends of each of divided handrails. CONSTITUTION:Handrails 4 and 4 extended lengthwise of a tread board 1 are arranged on sides of the surface of the tread board 1 constructed in a state to hold the ends in a construction site. After that, the handrails 4 and 4 are divided lengthwise of the tread board 1, and the base ends of a pair of levers 16 and 17 connected so that they are capable of moving each other are connected to the ends of each of divided handrails 4 and 4. In addition, a scale 18 to display variations in the intersecting angle of the severs 16 and 17 is provided between the levers 16 and 17. The amount of flexible deformation of the tread board 1 generating in accordance with a load is substituted for variations in the intersecting angle of the levers 16 and 17 to display it on the scale 18. According to the constitution, the load fallen on the tread board 1 can be normally known accurately.
