Guide unit for ic card used in printer
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To dispense with a spring and lower the cost by a method wherein, an eject button is positioned at a push-in and a protruding position by the aid of a positioning stopper being set unitarily with an IC card guide. CONSTITUTION:An IC card 100 is pushed-in by inserting through an insertion window of connector fixing part 5A through the IC card insertion port 6 passing through the underside of cam 23. By this action, because the tip end of the IC card 100 engages with the engaging part 14a of a lever 14, and said lever 14 is turned pivotally toward the arrow direction, the movable part 5B of the connector is pushed by the engaging part 14b of the lever 14, and advances leftward by the predetermined amount. As the result, the cam 23 which engages with the connector movable part 5B turns pivotally by the predetermined amount to the clockwise direction, and an eject button 22 where a notched part 24 and a projecton piece 22b of the cam 23 engage with each other, moves leftward by the predetermined amount. During this movement, a click 22a engages with a positioning stopper elastically, gets over it, and the button 22 is positioned at the projected position by the function of the positioning stopper 21.
