Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To reduce an equipment saving cost and labor not requiring any pre-treatment such as centrifugation by another device by providing a filtering part and a nucleic acid-extracting part and collecting cells from a culturing solution. CONSTITUTION:A culturing solution containing cells is introduced into a nucleic acid-extracting column 1 from an introducing port of an introducing part 2. Next, the culturing solution is filtered at a filtering part 3 and cells are collected. Then the cells collected at the filtering part are subjected to a nucleic acid-extracting treatment at a nucleic acid-extracting part 4 to separate the nucleic acid.
