Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To enhance the extent of controllability as well as to make improvements in riding comfortableness by regulating the gain of a pulse width operational means according to a throttle opening state, while operating the pulse width of a pulse signal being impressed on an actuator on the basis of the gain and speed deviation and acceleration. CONSTITUTION:A speed deviation is operated (3) from each output of a travel speed measuring means 1 and a speed setting means 2, while acceleration is operated (4) from a travel speed signal. Then, on the basis of each output of these operational means 3, 4, pulse width of a pulse signal with a specified period is operated (5), and in accordance with the operated result, a throttle valve 7 is controlled by an actuator 6. In addition, throttle opening is operated (8) from an accelerator pedal manipulated variable signal out of a measuring means 12, while the throttle opening is compensated on the basis of a throttle full-closing detection signal out of a measuring means 11. When a fact that an engine enters a transient state is detected (9), control gain of the pulse width operational means 5 is regulated (10) on the basis of output of the operational means 8.
