chassis equipment
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform a positioning of a cover for fitting in a chassis without using a metal plate by a method wherein protrusions are provided on the inside of the opening part of the U-shaped chassis, the end parts of box-type covers are made to closely adhere to the outer peripheral surface of the chassis and the protrusions at the opening part and the cover is fixed on the chassis. CONSTITUTION:Protrusions 6c for cover positioning use are provided at the positions of two places in a bilateral symmetry perpendicularly almost to the outer peripheral surfaces of a chassis 6 on the inside of an opening part 6a of the chassis 6. A cover which is installed on the U-shaped chassis 6 is normally situated on the surface of an upper cover 8 and the rear of a lower cover 9. Accordingly, the protrusions 6c are situated upward and downward. The covers 8 and 9 are formed into a box type and are constituted in such a way that end parts 8a and 9a at the places, which correspond to the protrusions 6c, of the covers 8 and 9 are closely adhered to the protrusions 6c. In this case, a falling-off prevention and a positioning of the box-type covers are performed by the protrusions at the opening part of the chassis without using a metal plate at the time of installation of the box-type covers on the U-shaped chassis. Thereby, it becomes possible to cover the whole chassis without using the metal plate.
