Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To effectively use secondarily heated air and to heat entire feet including not only knees or things of feet but also the ends of feet by pulling down a wind direction change plate to close the blow out port of a top plate and blowing off slow wind from a ventilating hole of an electric heater tightly contacting with the rear face of a hollow top plate. CONSTITUTION:When an electric heater panel 8 is turned on during a winter season, an air blower 3 is operated, a wind direction change plate 6 is pulled down to close a blow out port 5, wind from the air blower 3 passes through the hollow part 4a of a top plate 4 and is exhausted from a small hole 7 and a ventilating hole 9. At this time, heated air resident and heated by the radiation heat of the electric heater panel 8 is pressed downward to feed the heated air to a wide range at the entire feet of a person taking heat and sitting by a desk. Thus, the heated air is used together with the radiation heating of the electric heater panel 8, thereby a heating effect being improved.
