Identification of nk cell disturbing t lymphocyte
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To discriminate between NK cell and cytotoxic T lymphocyte by bringing a sample containing lymphocyte into contact with a first reagent comprising an anti-CD3 and a first detection label, and a second reagent comprising a mixture of anti-CD16 and anti-GP160 both of which are labeled with a second detection label. CONSTITUTION: A sample containing lymphocyte is brought into contact with a first reagent comprising an anti-CD3 and a first detection label, and a second reagent comprising a mixture of anti-CD16 and anti-GP160 both of which are labeled with a second detection label. A cell group reactive to the first reagent is discriminated from cells reactive to the second reagent. A cell reactive only to the first reagent is identified as a T lymphocyte while a cell reactive only to the second reagent is identified as an NK cell thus discriminating between NK cell and cytotoxic T lymphocyte.
