Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To miniaturize a frame and a cabinet by standing plural screw rods on the rear face of the collar part of the frame and inserting the front end of each screw rod from the front of a baffle plate to a through hole provided in this plate and engaging this front end with a clamping nut of a speaker unit from the rear face of the baffle plate. CONSTITUTION:Plural screw rods 17 are stood and fixed on the rear face of the collar part 2a of a frame 2 orthogonally to this rear face, and a baffle plate 5 is provided with through holes 5a through which screw rods 17 should be inserted, and washers 18 are inserted from the rear face of the baffle plate 5 to projecting ends of screw rods 17 inserted to through holes 5a from the front of the baffle plate, and clamping nuts 19 are engaged with projecting ends of screw rods 17. Since screw rods 17 to attach a speaker unit 1 are stood and fixed on the rear face of the collar part 2a of the frame in this manner, the unit 1 is fixed inside the outer peripheral end face of an edge part 3 independently of the outside diameter of the edge part 3.
