Turbine control device
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To enable the optimal operation of a whole power plant provided with a plurality of turbines having different forms and capacities by logically determining combinations of set values of steam governor valves on the basis of the turbine characteristics tempered with the optimal valve opening of each turbine. CONSTITUTION:Steam flow rate and electric energy for generation of each turbine from an input group 10 are input to a demand forecast computer 3 through a turbine process input part 2 so that everchanging electric/steam demands are forecasted. The computed result is input to a quasi optimal solution search part 7 together with outputs of the input part 2, a turbine characteristic approximation part 5 which computes a characteristic of turbine output in a linear approximation by least square, a turbine constraint setting part 6 which sets operation conditions of each turbine. The operation conditions of each turbine are computed for obtaining approximately maximum efficiency in a whole generator system. The operation conditions of each turbine are computed according to the above results for obtaining maximum efficiency in the whole generator system.
