Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To increase joint strength by forming the mounting side of a sensor material from a composite wire of Pt/FeNi alloy, making the lead mounting side from Sn-plated CuNi alloy, and by pressure welding these two members together at the end faces. CONSTITUTION:In a member for a sensor to be incorporated fast into a mold, etc., the sensor material mounting side is formed from a composite wire 10 consisting of Pt/FeNi alloy, while the lead mounting side is made of a wire 11 of Sn-plated CuNi alloy. These wires 10, 11 are mutually pressure welded at their end faces, and a sensor member 13 having a joint covering part 12 is provided. In this member 13 an ample joint area is set off because the CuNi alloy softer than the composite wire 10 so as to accomplish a sensor member having a large joint strength.
