Roller table device for horizontal opposed type forging press

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent the damage and the wear of a roller table device by providing plural stepped rollers so as to be movable in a vertical direction and in an axis center direction, on the lower part of a pair of forging dies whose approach and separation can be executed. CONSTITUTION:Plural stepped rollers 3 are supported by a bearing frame 16, and a frame 13 is provided so that it can be lifted on a movable floor member 16 by a cylinder 15. Also, to a side face of an end part of the frame 13, a detaining member 17 is fixed, and moreover, a detaining part 21 is provided on a rod 20 of a hydrostatic pressure cylinder 19 and engaged to the member 17. When a side face of a material to be forged 10 is forged and thickness in the vertical direction increases, the cylinder 15 allows the movable floor member 16 to lower. Also, when the material to be forged 10 has fallen to a small diameter part 2, the roller is moved horizontally by the cylinder 19. In such a manner, since the collision of a bearing of the frame 13 and the stepped part of the roller 3 is prevented, the damage and the wear of a roller table device are prevented.
