Method and coating material for securing hygiene of beverage can at the surface
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To keep the beverage can clean at the surface, especially around the drinking mouth by applying a coating material to the outer surface of the can in a sterilized state, at least around the drinking mouth, in order to keep the can sterile. CONSTITUTION:To the sealed drinking mouth 1a and a part near it extending from the pull-tab 2 on the top surface 11 to an upper part of the side 1c of the sterilized beverage can 1 an adhesive film 3 is applied, covering all of the flat 2a of the pull-tab 2 and adhering to the surface of the can 1 so as to secure hygiene of the product. By lifting the finger-hole 2b of the pull-tab 2 the flat 2a is made to come off upward together with a part of the film 3 and then by pulling the finger-hole 2b further along the upper part of the side 1c of the can 1 downward the film 3 is made to separate entirely from the top surface 1b of the can 1. With the film 3 attached to the flat 2a of the pull-tab 2, the two can be disposed of together. The can 1 of drink is thus kept clean around the drinking mouth 1a until the pull-tab is removed.
