Sound information multi-address communication system

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To automatically execute the broadcasting of sound information by providing a means to register and retrieve a telephone number and a means to control a sound response registration processing unit in a computer. CONSTITUTION:At first, the sound information, which are desired to be broadcasted, are registered to a sound response registration processing unit 2. Next, a condition to retrieve the telephone number to be outgoing and a sound information number are given to a computer 1. Then, the telephone number to satisfy the given retrieval condition is extracted by the computer 1 and the telephone number and sound information number are instructed to the unit 2. This instruction is executed by the number of telephone sets which can be simultaneously connected. The unit 2 executes the outgoing of a call to the indicated telephone number and outputs the sound information a processing result is announced to the computer 1. The computer 1 indicates the telephone number to be next outgoing according to this announcement. When processing is finished to all the telephone number, next, the processing is executed again to the telephone number, for which the outgoing of the call is unsuccessful by occupation or absence, and this operation is twice repeated.
