Syndiotactic polyolefin manufacturing method and catalyst
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To provide a syndiotactic polyolefin of high crytallinity and wide molecular weight distribution by introducing a specific metallocene catalyst to produce the syndiotactic polyolefin into a polymerization reaction region containing an olefin monomer and polymerizing it. CONSTITUTION: A polymer of the present invention is prepared by introducing a metallocene catalyst [for example, isopropyl (cyclopentadienyl) (fluorenyl) zirconium dichloride or the like] represented by a formula [Cp is (substituted) cyclopentadienyl ring; R n is a C 1-20 hydrocarbyl moiety; R m is a C 1-20 hydrocarbyl moiety; R" is a structural cross link between Cp rings to impart stereorigidity to a catalyst; Me is a metal of 4b, 5b, or 6b group in a periodic table; Q is a C 1-20 hydrocarbyl moiety, halogen; 0≤k≤3; 0≤n≤4; 1≤m≤4; R m ' is selected so that (CpR m ') and (CpR n ) differ sterically] into a polymerization reaction region containing an olefin monomer [for example, propylene or the like] and maintaining a polymerization reaction condition.
