Suede type molding sheet and manufacture thereof

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a suede type molding sheet having a delustering effect by coating a base film with paint in which bead pigment is added to the vehicles of ionizing radiation curable resin, radiating it with an electron beam or an ultraviolet ray to cure the coated film. CONSTITUTION:A suede type molding sheet is provided with a coating film 2 of delustering paint in which bead pigment 21 is added to vehicles 22 of ionizing radiation curable resin on a base film 1. The pigment is of fine powder of pigment such as Fe2O3, TiO2, CaCO3, pigment violet, etc., its particle size is 5 - 80mu of distribution range, and the satisfactory maximum of the distribution is 10 - 35mum. The satisfactory film has 60% or more of fracture elongation so as to realize sufficient moldability. When this sheet is employed, the film having sufficient delustering effect and suede type can be provided on the surface of a stereoscopic plastic molded form.
