Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To transfer information with high importance among information received during absence by allowing the operator at a visiting place to give a command to a facsimile equipment in the office from a facsimile equipment at the visiting place. CONSTITUTION:Picture information sets 4A, 4B, 4C sent from facsimile equipments 3A, 3B, 3C during he absence of the operator are received automatically by the facsimile equipment 1 and stored sequentially in its memory. Moreover, a communication management storage data such as received data, time, communication time, destination or destination telephone number is generated at each reception and stored in the memory. The operator at the visiting place uses a telephone set 7 of the facsimile equipment 2 at the visiting place to call the facsimile equipment of its own office, makes the facsimile equipment of its own office to send the communication management record and if any important information exists therein, a key 5 of the telephone set 7 of the facsimile equipment 2 is used to send an original designation number and the required reception information is transferred to the facsimile equipment 2 at the visiting place.
