Structure for installing bonnet of tractor

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent the abrasion and separation of a seal member at the time of opening/closing an engine bonnet by installing the engine bonnet to a main body side via a quadruple link mechanism. CONSTITUTION:In a quadruple link mechanism B, a J-shaped first link 13 and a long plate type second link 14 are pivotally installed on the upper portion of a triangular bracket 9, and a fixed plate 15 which is fixed to the inside of an engine bonnet 3 is pivotally supportingly linked to the ends of the first link 13 and the second link 14. The fixed fulcrums X1, X2 on the triangular bracket side of the first link and second link are vertically arranged whereas, movable fulcrums X3, X4 on the fixed plate 15 are longitudinally arranged. The movable fulcrums X3, X4 on the fixed plate 15 are simultaneously moved in the vicinity of the closing position of the engine bonnet 3, whereas, the movable fulcrum of the first link 13 is precedingly moved as the engine bonnet becomes an open condition.
