Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve the processing speed of the whole control systems by making the control systems hierarchical, allowing the control systems in respective hierarchies to take partial charge of different kinds of processing and securing co-operation between plural control units constituting the control system of each hierarchy by a control system arranged just above the one concerned. CONSTITUTION:The control systems are made hierarchical like hierarchies 22 to 24, the control systems of respective hierarchies 22 to 24 are allowed to take partial charge of different kinds of processing and co-operation between plural control units A, B constituting the control system of each hierarchy is secured by the control system arranged just above the one concerned. Since the control system is made hierarchical, processing can be distributed, the load of individual control systems can be reduced and the processing speed of the whole control systems can be improved. In addition, a quantized error included in each sensor 1 or that included in a motor driving system can be removed by a statistic method.
