Reproducing circuit for disk device
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of signal reproduction by individually providing an equalizing circuit to correct the peak shift and the equalizing circuit to correct the amplitude fluctuation, inputting the reproduced signals from a head in parallel, and regulating the signals to the optimal values inherent in the respective circuits by means of an attenuator provided on the input stage of an adding/subtracting amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A first equalizing circuit 12 to correct the peak shift and a second equalizing circuit 14 to correct the amplitude fluctuation are individually provided, read signals from a head 10 are branched into two, and respectively inputted to the circuits. Further by attenuators 18-1 and 18-2 provided in the first equalizing circuit 12, the optimal value to correct the peak shift can be set, and the optimal value to correct the amplitude fluctuation can be set by attenuators 18-3 and 18-4 provided in the second equalizing circuit 14. Thus by optimizing the correction of the peak shift and amplitude fluctuation, the reliability at the time of reproducing the signals can be improved.
