Temperature control method for polymerizing reaction tank
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To execute a temperature control with high accuracy by switching the polarity of a parameter inside a control system according to a control deviation between the measured value and set value of a reaction tank internal temperature and the functional relation having the change rate of the deviation by means of a sliding mode control. CONSTITUTION:In a controller 14, a switch rule function 141 inputs a control deviation (e) between a measured value PV and a set value SV and an arithmetic output (change rate of deviation) de/dt of a differentiating arithmetic function 142 of the deviation, and by a command Q according to the switch rule, a gain phi of a variable P arithmetic function 143 to input the deviation (e) and to transmit an operation output MV is switchingly controlled. Namely, by the sliding mode control to switch the code of the gain phi with the code of the matter to multiply a linear coupling S=c.e+de/dt of the control deviation (e) and the difference and (e), the behavior of a control object is compulsorily restricted to the necessary locus de/dt=-c.e in switching the control quantity discontinuously. Thus, an overshoot can be reduced, and the temperature control with high accuracy can be executed.
