Fluid compressor
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To improve the capacity and the reliability by fitting spiral blades into two spiral grooves made in a rotary body while inclining in the opposite directions and partitioning the section between the inner circumferential face of a cylinder and the outer circumferential face of the rotary body with the blade into a plurality of working chambers. CONSTITUTION:In a compressor 1, two spiral blades 15, 16 are wound around a piston 10 while inclining in the opposite directions and refrigerant gas is sucked from the opposite sides of the piston 10 into a cylinder 7. The refrigerant gas is then carried to the intermediate section of the piston 10 while being compressed and delivered into an enclosed case 2. Since the refrigerant gas is sucked from two directions, carrying capacity can be increased without enlarging the pitch of the grooves 13, 14 and the size of the cylinder 7 and the piston 10. By such arrangement, the efficiency can be improved without causing excessive stress in the blades 13, 14 and a high capacity compressor can be obtained. Furthermore, suction efficiency is improved because the suction ports are provided at two points.
