Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To provide the subject composition that has acceptability to water- color ink, is antifouling, and does not wash off with water by containing a polymer of 2-oxazoline, an olefin copolymer containing a pendant residual group and an aqueous liquid. CONSTITUTION: This composition contains a polymer of 2-oxazoline, preferably an olefin copolymer containing a substantially neutralized pendant acid radical; preferably a base that can neutralize the acid radical; preferably a carboxy functional acrylic ester copolymer; preferably a surface active agent and an aqueous liquid.
