Curable composition

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition useful for solder resist, etc., capable of using of aqueous developing solution and readily curable by irradiation of ultraviolet light, etc., by mixing specific compound such as benzotriazole carboxylic acid, etc. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition is composed of (A) a reacted product of (i) epoxy (meth)acrylate and (ii) polybasic acid anhydride, (B) phosphate having at least two (meth)acryloyl groups in a molecule, (C) initiator of photopolymerization and (D) a compound expressed by the formula (R<1> is H, alkali metal, 1-6C alkyl or quaternary ammonium salt). Besides, e.g., 4-benzotriazole carboxylic acid is preferably used as the component (D).
