Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the optimum nonslip function and touch feeling by scattering many soft grains in the surface of a wooden floor material main body and forming a soft paint film layer on the whole surface of the main body to cover the grains. CONSTITUTION:A surface veneer is stuck on a plywood to form a wooden floor material main body 1. A paint with high stickiness is coated on the surface of the main body 1 to form a grain holding layer 9, then soft grains 5 are scattered on the holding layer 9. A paint made of soft urethane resin is coated on the holding layer 9 and the grains 5 to form a soft paint film layer 6.
