Concrete pressure lining equipment for tunnels

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To conduct the contact-bond lining of concrete positively by installing a telescopic type arm to a travelling truck and moving a form body mounted to the nose of the arm along the sectional shape of a tunnel by controlling polar coordinates. CONSTITUTION:Mounting plates 4A, 4B rotatable in bilateral symmetry are disposed to the body frame 3 of a travelling truck 1, and telescopic type arms 6A, 6B are projected to the mounting plates through a parallel link type. Form bodies 9A, 9B for concrete lining in required thickness are mounted at the noses of the arms 6A, 6B. Concrete is fed while the form bodies 9A, 9B are moved by controlling polar coordinates as the rotation of the mounting plates 4A, 4B and the expansion and contraction operation of the arms 6A, 6B are made to cooperate. Concrete is lined successively along the sectional shape of a tunnel toward the center from lower bottom both ends.
