System for altering system parameter

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To dynamically alter the value of a system parameter by copying the value of a system which corresponds to a job class parameter into a control table at every execution request of a job. CONSTITUTION:Whenever the execution of the job is requested, a job execution environment setting means 10 issues a copy request to a synchronous means 9, which decides whether a system parameter alteration means 8 is altering the value of the system parameter table 6 or not and returns a copy permission answer. Thus, the means 10 copies a necessary value into the job control table 11 from the table 6.
