Multiple address equipment for facsimile accumulation and relaying

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To accurately estimate the content of information by constituting the title equipment by means of a table generation means which segments a prescribed part of image data registered in respective areas of a table and synthesizes them. CONSTITUTION:The mentioned contents of a section A0 with a title, a date and total information and sections A1-A5 with registration names, registration dates and the number of registration pages for respective notice board number are similar to the conventional table and the generation processing the similar to the conventional one. Different points are that image windows W1-W5 are set in correspondence with the tables A1-A5 for respective notice board numbers and the prescribed parts in image data registered in respective notice boards (respective areas of accumulation part) are segmented, embedded in respective windows W1-W5 and are synthesized. Since a part of registration image data is inputted, a user can view the table and can considerably accurately estimate the content of registration information.
